Ajay Kumar Atolia is a partner in the firm and heads the audit and assurance practice. He is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

He has in-depth experience in International Tax, Transfer Pricing, Service tax and FEMA and has experience in advising leading multinational and transnational players, on complex issues. He has rich experience of drafting appeals & petitions before various National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Authorities under Income tax laws on various direct tax as well as transfer pricing issues.
